Order Processing & Dispatch
Every Heirlooms piece is inspected and documented by the founder before it is sealed for dispatch. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, and each parcel is packed on video as part of our quality record.
Bawat Heirlooms piece ay sinusuri at dinodokumento ng founder bago i-seal para sa pagpapadala. Pinoproseso ang order kapag kumpirmado na ang bayad, at bawat parcel ay may packing video bilang bahagi ng aming quality record.
Nationwide Delivery
We ship nationwide via J&T Express. Shipping is free on orders of ₱3,000 and above. For orders below ₱3,000, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.
Nagpapadala kami sa buong Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng J&T Express. Libre ang shipping sa orders na ₱3,000 pataas. Para sa orders na mas mababa sa ₱3,000, ang shipping fee ay batay sa inyong delivery region.
Paalala: ang courier ay may maximum na tatlong (3) delivery attempts sa loob ng 72 oras. Siguraduhing aktibo ang inyong mobile number at may makakatanggap ng parcel sa inyong address sa loob ng panahong ito.
Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
Please review your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable contact number, or failed delivery attempts will require a re-shipping fee before re-dispatch.
Pakisuri nang mabuti ang inyong delivery details bago mag-order. Ang mga parcel na ibinalik sa amin dahil sa mali o kulang na address, hindi ma-contact na numero, o hindi natuloy na delivery attempts ay mangangailangan ng re-shipping fee bago muling ipadala.

All Heirlooms shipments include declared-value protection, arranged and paid for by Heirlooms on every parcel. Your piece travels documented, sealed, and protected from our hands to yours.
Lahat ng Heirlooms shipments ay may kasamang declared-value protection na inaayos at binabayaran ng Heirlooms sa bawat parcel. Ang inyong piece ay dokumentado, selyado, at protektado mula sa amin hanggang sa inyo.
High-Value Pieces
Select Vault and Finite pieces are released through secure personal handover or a specialized insured courier, coordinated individually with you after purchase. This ensures the level of care these pieces deserve.
Ang ilang piling Vault at Finite pieces ay inilalabas sa pamamagitan ng secure personal handover o specialized insured courier, na indibidwal na ico-coordinate namin sa inyo pagkatapos ng pagbili. Ito ang antas ng pag-iingat na nararapat sa mga piyesang ito.
International Orders
International shipping is available via LBC, DHL, or 2GO, quoted per order based on destination and service. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Message us before checkout and we will prepare your quotation.
Available ang international shipping sa pamamagitan ng LBC, DHL, o 2GO, na may quotation per order batay sa destinasyon at serbisyo. Ang anumang customs duties o taxes ng destination country ay sagot ng tatanggap. Mag-message lang bago mag-checkout at ihahanda namin ang inyong quotation.
Upon Receiving Your Parcel
Please take a continuous video while opening your parcel. In the rare event of damage, this video is required for any claim under our Return & Refund Policy and must be submitted within 48 hours of courier-recorded delivery.
Kumuha po ng tuluy-tuloy na video habang binubuksan ang parcel. Sa bihirang pagkakataon ng damage, kailangan ang video na ito para sa anumang claim sa ilalim ng aming Return & Refund Policy at dapat itong maisumite sa loob ng 48 oras mula sa courier-recorded delivery.
